Adoption of the streaming publishing system by RIS

27-12-2024

Dear Authors and Readers,
In order to speed up and improve the publication of works submitted to the journal, in addition to aligning with advances in scientific dissemination, in 2025, RIS will adopt the continuous flow publication model.
Therefore, as soon as the submitted papers have been evaluated, approved and edited they will be available for reading.
To this end, each paper will adopt its own identification number (elocation-id), which will have the same number as the submission, located at the bottom of the paper; in addition to an internal pagination to facilitate reading.
An annual Open Issue will be published for free issues and extra issues for Dossiers and thematic issues.
To clarify any doubts, we recommend reading about Scielo's continuous flow publications: https://blog.scielo.org/blog/2016/03/10/acelerando-a-comunicacao-das-pesquisas-as-acoes-do-scielo/#.XK3hbphKjIW
Thank you for your interest in our work.

Current Issue

Vol 7 No 4 (2024): Revista Insignare Scientia (RIS)

sep./dec. 2024

The Revista Insignare Scientia (RIS) is a collective action resulting from the work carried out at the Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul (UFFS), Campus Cerro Largo - RS, in the area of Natural Sciences, linked to the Study and Research Group in Science and Mathematics Teaching (GEPECIEM) and the Postgraduate Program in Science Teaching (PPGEC).

We are delighted to receive many submissions. Furthermore, we have indexing processes in different databases. These registrations provide dissemination in national and international directories, thus expanding the dissemination and visibility of the research published worldwide.
In this volume, we take the opportunity to publish 21 academic papers distributed across the different sections of RIS, including research results, experiences, and didactic propositions as a way to project a scenario of Science Education that can think, be critical, and at the same time reconstructive and transformative.

We take this opportunity to thank the reviewers who donated their time to build new knowledge and the researchers who submitted papers because ideas are the starting point for scientific development.

We wish everyone a good read!

Profa. Dra. Erica do Espirito Santo Hermel - Editor of RIS
