The space in contemporary metropolises has been going through transformations in its shape and meanings towards processes of capital accumulation and life of urban societies. The transformation, the transitoriness and the ephemeral of the configuration of urban territories have been the brand of modern cities since the intensification of the productive activities in modernity, However, the direction of these transformations in the last turn of century seems to have respected a new logic in the action of State powers. The boom financier of the economy and the saturation of the share sections aim at real state as the last exit for the crisis of the capital profitability. The State, which has been playing new parts in face of the production of the new urban territories, aims at the geographical rearrangement of the fragments of the financial section - not without consequences to the life in the metropolises.
