Abstract

The present study intends to deepen the discussions on the Thematic Approach perspective in the initial training of physics teachers, especially in the context of mandatory supervised internships. Therefore, the problem that permeates this research is: what elements characterize the pedagogical practices based on the Thematic Approach perspective in the context of Supervised Internships in Physics? To answer the problem, a bibliographic review was carried out in the minutes of the National Symposium on Physics Teaching (SNEF, in portuguese), with a time frame of the last ten years, with the search words “Thematic Approach” and “Internship”. In this search, only three works answer the research problem. Using Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA), the following categories of analysis emerged: i) Process of obtaining/choosing the theme; ii) The use of the dynamics of the Three Pedagogical Moments and iii) Educational practice based on Freirean assumptions. Among the results achieved, the humanizing training of future educators stands out, based on a dialogical and problematizing pedagogical practice, understanding students as subjects in the teaching-learning process.
