The purpose of this paper is identify and analyze the territorial changes and impacts of food supply system in Mexican cities. The new stage of spatial food supply and retail is consequence of changes in state regulation commerce; trade and investment liberalization; new global tendencies of trade agro-food; decline of traditional business of food retail; globalization of retailing; logistic and organizational changes in distribution; and increasing of cities demand.
