Virtual classes in times of a pandemic: strategies and dynamics for possible successes in teaching and learning

With the advancement of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic - the virus that causes COVID-19, schools had to adapt their teaching methods to the online system. This characteristic type brought new strategies for carrying out the work on the part of mathematics teachers. Which raises the following questions present in this study: what characteristics, dynamics and choices should have an adequate mediation in online Mathematics classes with a view to class success and meaningful learning for students? The objective of this research is to understand the ways of teaching adopted by teachers in the virtual classroom, aiming to promote stimuli for student learning and the reception necessary to face virtual and distance learning. The need for interaction between teacher and student in the virtual classroom was identified, allowing stimuli and protagonism through creative studies anchored in technological tools and affective learning.
