This work seeks to reflect on the potential for counter-hegemonic planning of social movements through the study of the Ocupação Povo Sem Medo, organized by the Homeless Workers Movement (MTST) in Curitiba/PR and victim of repossession in 2023 The aim is to juxtapose the planning practices of the social movement with the hegemonic urban and housing policy in Curitiba, marked by processes of omission, exclusion and marginalization by the State, in a context of growth in urban occupations organized in recent years. For the investigation, a cartographic methodology is proposed, seeking to understand the living and planning processes of these territories. The logic of everyday collectivity was found as a guiding principle for counter-hegemonic coping strategies, characterizing the planning typology. It was concluded that collective spaces present in the reproduction of everyday life create bonds of solidarity and accountability that are difficult to create artificially. It is suggested that these spaces are a possible starting point for more inclusive and democratic planning.
