Abstract

A few analytic elements are applied in order to provide an interpretation of the role played by representation in the world of comics, that is, in a collection of images which are sequentially displayed. The example which is used is that of cities within which relations of iconicity or form within the presentation of characters, spaces, and stories can be established.
