It reports on the construction of an experimental apparatus in the continuing education course for Physics and Science teachers offered by the Instituto Federal Catarinense/campus Rio do Sul. Which aims to: present the origin of the production of the apparatus; report the development of the material and bring results of its use in non formal education. Relationships between Meaningful Learning and educational inclusion of students with disabilities are explored, which were the contents present in the course. The course project, the participants' productions and the field notebook were the object of study. To bring data on extension activities, frequency lists and photographic records was consulted. It reflects on the contributions of the development for the construction of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) undergraduates and teachers. From the development of the Solar System, there was indications of understanding about Meaningful Learning and the importance of considering the characteristics of deaf students, with and without disabilities in teaching-learning. It is considered that the reconstruction of the Inclusive Solar System, as well as its demonstration in non-formal educational practices are dynamics that integrate teaching with extension activities with the potential to contribute to the construction of PCK of academics from the Degree in Physics.
