Regarding learning struggles tied to teaching chemistry and the adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) in the various society’s domains, the present article is result of a research that, aimed at developing an Android app to assist High School students, with focus on electrochemistry. The language adopted was JavaScript, alongside the framework React-Native, a cross platform tool widely used in the mobile environment, designed to build interactive interfaces. The built app, [CheMaestry], comprises two question models, utilized in five exercises lists, summing up a total of 31 questions, comprehending the concepts of NOx, electronegativity, oxidizing and reducing agents, comparison between galvanic and electrolytic processes and an introduction to the redox balancing equation method, this way, configuring a meaningful tool for the fixation of such concepts.
