In this research we aim to answer the following question: What are the contributions of Andrew Feenberg's Thoughts on the Philosophy of Technology to discussing the problem of technological neutrality in Science Education? To answer this question, we specifically used the democratization of technology, which aims to articulate a new public sphere of social life, in which we have dialogue between experts and laypeople. This is a possibility for confronting technological neutrality, which contributes to legitimizing domination. Feenberg therefore advocates the democratization of technology to allow people from all over society to participate and have a voice in the process of producing technological knowledge. This will allow for a form of technological knowledge construction that really enables Science Education to be transformative in the face of the inequalities perpetuated in today's society.
