This article presents the result of an investigation that aimed to: emphasize the assimilation of the concept of mixture from the Guiding Base of Action in the teaching and learning process in Chemistry. This research is a qualitative study, with action-research methodology developed with 18 (eighteen) students of the 1st year of high school at a Escola Cidadã Integral Técnica Agribusiness Estadual Paraíba. The methodological course of the Planned Training by stages of Mental Actions and Concepts according to Galperin was analyzed. The results obtained show the assimilation of the concept of mixture during the performance of actions and mental operations, in which this route is configured as an important methodology in the organization, execution and control in the construction of chemical concepts by students in the teaching of Chemistry.
