RG&S is structured into four sections: People and Organizational Management, Organizational Finance, Organizational Management, and Organizational Sustainability. The journal accepts scientific contributions in the following formats: empirical studies, theoretical essays, teaching cases, articles derived from undergraduate research programs, and technical reports.

These sections are designed to make knowledge more accessible to our readers and authors. In this regard, the editorial board of the journal is committed to continuously improving the publication process by providing materials that support researchers and students in undergraduate and graduate programs—works that contribute meaningfully to their academic pursuits.
