This article intends, analysing ex-militants and exactivistis of the Brazilian left testimonies on its activities in the resistance to the dictatorial regime deployed in 1964 and in the subsequent democratization process, obtained according to the references and assumptions of Oral History, to reflect on versions of contemporany Brazil events and trajectories and, in particular, about its implications for a Present Time History with pretensions to be a legitimate historiographical production area
