Abstract

This article’s objective is to analyze news and columns related to the theme of the Armed Forces that were published in the integralist newspaper “Flamma Verde” elaborated in Florianópolis between 1936-1938. These publications are investigated as representations which intended to approach the “camisas-verdes” of the Armed Forces and to spread the idea that these two groups acted in an alliance in favor of Brazil.
