The backcountry movement Contested (1912-1916) resulted from an intricate set of elements. However, in the Contested Territory, the land domain, once exercised by large landowners and by foreign capital, is motivation for membership of country person to move the trenches. It is intended to show that the land domain, the nineteenth century to the contemporary, still remains in force in this territory. For this purpose, it is essential to present data and indications corroborating the claim that this phenomenon is still present in the territory under review, and, as happened more than a century, it remains influencing the perpetuation of poverty and exclusion in the Contested Territory
