Abstract

This article aims to catalog the main sustainability initiatives in Brazilian state courts, taking into account Resolution 400/2021, promulgated by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which establishes general guidelines on sustainability policies for Brazilian courts. Methodologically, this research is classified as exploratory, with a qualitative approach, whose data was collected through bibliographic and documentary techniques and analyzed using the analytical lenses of Content Analysis. The results show that the courts are widely adhering to the 2030 Agenda, implementing sustainability practices that address not only issues of the natural environment, but also sustainable development in various fields.
