The article presents the author's research experience in the area of teacher education, based on the research-training methodology, based on Josso (2004), and whose procedure is narratives. The author emphasizes the need for teacher training courses to invest in educative and formative processes of teacher care in the personal and professional dimensions, in the sense of self-ethics, ethics for society, ethics for humanity, according to Morin ( 2008).
