Abstract

During the period in which Getúlio Vargas was not in command of Brazil (1930-1945), the two Constitutionições were elaborated: in 1934 (promulgated) and another in 1937 (issued). Also, in 1943 it was published by CLT - Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas. Also, this writing has as its main objective to compare the two Constitutions, not that it concerns resources and advances in terms of Labor Legislation. In order to give an account of this issue, the socio-political context that led to the implementation of two constitutions in a short space of time and analyzed how two workers were organized in the period in which the two constitutions were prepared. Therefore, the investigation will teach you to bet for singularities that are constituted.
