For physics teaching that aims at a broad learning of students, it is necessary to use didactic approaches that seek to stimulate their critical development. In this work, the learning developed by students in the first year of high school during the experience of an Investigative Teaching Sequence - SEI on Free Fall was analyzed. In this study, with a qualitative approach and interventional nature of the application type, the data recorded from the activities of the SEI experience were analyzed using the content analysis technique of Bardin (2011). The results indicate that the SEI experience promoted conceptual, procedural, and attitudinal learning among students.
