Call for Special Edition: "Environmental Education from the Perspective of Indigenous Studies and Ancestral Knowledge"

We invite researchers in the field of Science Education, both Brazilian and international, to submit papers for a Special Issue of the journal Insignare Scientia (RIS) on the theme: 'Environmental Education from the perspective of Indigenous studies and ancestral knowledge.'

Submission deadline: February 1 to May 10, 2026, with publication expected in August 2026.

Papers for the Special Issue must be sent EXCLUSIVELY to the email: especialrispublicar2026@gmail.com

The paper must follow the formatting guidelines of the RIS Journal template, available at: https://periodicos.uffs.edu.br/index.php/RIS/about/submissions
