Fatores habilitadores para a transição circular pela ótica dos microfundamentos de capacidades dinâmicas

Este artigo tem como objetivo propor e validar um framework que relaciona capacidades para a EC (economia circular), denominadas habilitadoras para a economia circular (CHEC), com os microfundamentos de capacidade dinâmicas (McCD) (sensing, seizing e reconfiguring) mostrando como estas são formadas a partir de fatores. O McCD de sensing (sentir) está relacionado com a capacidade de identificar oportunidades e ameaças no ambiente; o seizing (aproveitar) com a capacidade de explorar oportunidades de mercado e mitigar ameaças; e, o reconfiguring (reconfigurar) diz respeito à capacidade de proteção da competitividade organizacional por meio do aprimoramento e da reconfiguração de ativos frente à evolução do mercado. A pesquisa foi conduzida inicialmente por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL) para identificar fatores e microfundamentos atrelados a essas capacidades para relacioná-los a partir de um framework teórico inicial. Este framework inicial continha três capacidades atreladas ao sensing; cinco ao seizing; e, quatro ao reconfiguring; possuindo todas elas um total de 27 fatores relacionados. Em seguida, por meio da opinião de especialistas, este framework foi refinado. Após o refinamento, verificou-se que o McCD de sensing se relacionou com uma CHEC (rastreamento de mercado); o de seizing cinco (planejamento e gestão; aprendizagem e absorção; colaborativa; tecnológica, inovação); e, o de reconfiguring com seis (institucional; capacidade R+; flexibilidade e reestruturação; cadeia de suprimentos; design circular); e, dos 27 fatores, estes foram reduzidos para 24, sendo alguns deles excluídos, adaptados ou criados a partir da opinião dos especialistas. Como contribuição, destaca-se o refinamento do framework teórico a partir da visão dos especialistas que permitiu verificar a relação entre as capacidades, algo que não tinha sido identificado na literatura analisada.
