FACTORES FACILITADORES DE LA TRANSICIÓN CIRCULAR DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LOS MICROFUNDAMIENTOS DE LAS CAPACIDADES DINÁMICAS

Resumen

Este artículo busca proponer y validar un marco que relaciona las capacidades para la EC, denominadas facilitadores de la transición circular (CHEC), con los microfundamentos de las capacidades dinámicas (MCD) (detección, aprovechamiento y reconfiguración), mostrando cómo estas se forman a partir de factores. La investigación se realizó inicialmente mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura (SLR) para identificar factores y microfundamentos vinculados a estas capacidades y relacionarlos a partir de un marco teórico inicial. Este marco inicial contenía tres capacidades vinculadas a la detección; cinco a la captación; y cuatro a la reconfiguración; todas con un total de 27 factores relacionados. Posteriormente, mediante la opinión de expertos en un grupo focal, este marco se perfeccionó. Tras el refinamiento, se encontró que el MCD para la detección estaba relacionado con un CHEC (seguimiento del mercado); el de la captación, con cinco (planificación y gestión; aprendizaje y absorción; colaboración; tecnología e innovación); y para la reconfiguración, seis (institucional; capacidad R+; flexibilidad y reestructuración; cadena de suministro; diseño circular); y, de los 27 factores, estos se redujeron a 24, y algunos se excluyeron, adaptaron o crearon según la opinión de los expertos. Como contribución, cabe destacar el refinamiento de la estructura teórica con base en la perspectiva de los expertos, lo que permitió verificar la relación entre las capacidades, algo que no se había identificado en la literatura analizada.

Sus áreas de interés se relacionan con la gestión estratégica, la sostenibilidad corporativa, la economía circular y la gestión de la calidad. Actualmente cursa una maestría en el Programa de Posgrado en Ingeniería de Producción y Sistemas.
