This research aimed to analyze the Sustainable Supply Chain Management of Olive Growing in Santana do Livramento (RS), Brazil. To this end, an exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach was conducted using a single case study method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and observation. The analysis of the results revealed that, from an environmental perspective, the company demonstrates significant progress in adopting sustainable practices, including proper waste management, the use of solar energy, and prioritizing suppliers aligned with environmental guidelines. From a social perspective, olive growing plays a relevant role in boosting the local economy, especially through the generation of seasonal jobs and the empowerment of workers in the region. Economically, it is observed that olive growing faces high operational costs, mainly due to inputs. Theoretically, this research expands knowledge about sustainable practices applied to the sector. Empirically, it provides subsidies for the company OlivoPampa by offering a more strategic view of its supply chain, identifying areas for improvement in coordination between links and in the implementation of sustainable practices.
