In addition, it aimed to identify the need to consolidate fragmented knowledge into new knowledge, by mapping the identified profiles. As an originality, the study was able to point out the behavior and evolution of the literature on the topic and infer that the characteristics of methodology, type and dimension of the articles are related and, therefore, directly influence the citation of the articles, enabling data validity and study replicability.
