Resumen

Organizations constantly undergo changes, which have as reference man. In this sense, companies are always seeking to meet professional expectations and personal needs, showing that the quality of services is directly related to various aspects such as requirements, market, customer needs and, above all, employee motivation. In this way, the present study aimed to analyze the employees' perception about the motivational and satisfaction aspects adopted by Andrade Construes. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through a questionnaire with objective questions, allowing alternatives of answers with three levels of reference (never, sometimes and always). In order to identify the motivational profile and the techniques used by the managers in the perspective of obtaining satisfaction, he used theories of scholars about motivation, with emphasis on motivation in the work environment. Issues related to satisfaction with working hours, with colleagues, managers and also techniques used for satisfaction are related. Highlighting the motivational profile of employees with dissatisfaction regarding the workload, overtime, promotions among other factors. As well as satisfaction in the relationship with co-workers. The company should consider a study aimed at promotions and rewards.

  • Ramon Schnayder D'Amorim, UFPB
    Master of the Post-Graduate Program in Production Engineering - PPGEP / UFPB. He holds a Post-Graduation in Personnel Management from the São Francisco da Paraíba College - FASP (João Pessoa / PB - 2011) and Graduation in Telecommunications Systems, by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraíba - IFPB (João Pessoa / PB - 2006). He is currently Assistant to the Federal University of Paraíba - UFPB (since 2008). He has experience in Administration, Communication, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Music.
