Abstract

The 2030 Agenda has been discussed by companies, government and society. Thus, scientific events such as the Ecoinovar International Forum, which are associated with the topic, contribute to the discussion and dissemination of knowledge among the actors involved and can boost the adoption of socio-environmental practices. This research aims to characterize the academic production of the Ecoinovar Forum from 2016 to 2021 and its contributions. This is a bibliometric study and is classified as descriptive and quantitative. An analysis of publications for the period was carried out and studies that address the 2030 Agenda were selected. It was found that publications related to the Agenda began in 2019, when the event had the 2030 Agenda as its theme, directly or indirectly, the aforementioned Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. The results confirm the need to expand future studies regarding the aforementioned Agenda, emphasizing the importance of empirical research to advance results and boost adoption by organizations. Finally, it contributes to the literature by demonstrating possibilities for future studies and highlighting the importance of the Agenda for public and private organizations.
