The strong movement exercised by public opinion in relation to environmental problems has led the government to propose and incorporate public policies to suit this paradigm. This led to the emergence of several tools, such as the Public Administration Environmental Agenda - A3P and the Normative Instruction of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management - MPOG nº 10, of November 12, 2012, which establishes rules for the elaboration of Management Plans of Sustainable Logistics - PLS, considered primordial in the consolidation of socio-environmental responsibility in the Public Administration. The objective of this work was to formulate references based on the identification of the main environmental aspects and impacts resulting from UNIFAP activities, with a view to implementing the A3P and formulating the PLS, considering the peculiarities of the activities of a teaching institution. The diagnosis pointed to the absence of norms implemented in the institutional scope that establish policies that attend to the environmental questions. Of the priority thematic axes proposed by the A3P and those described in IN MPOG 10/2012 were considered in this study only those that presented the major approaches, with regard to the activities developed in the institutional scope. The implementation of A3P and PLS will allow due monitoring and evidence of the Institution's performance on environmental issues and the benefits and contributions in the medium and long term can be enjoyed.
