Organizations are seeking to align themselves with new trends to stand out and differentiate themselves against others in an increasingly dynamic environment. This is because people stay longer in the corporate environment than in their homes. From that point on, the Quality of Life at Work (QWL) becomes necessary for professionals to provide services to the population and to feel valued for the working conditions provided to them, care for the physical environment and relationships. It is also related to the welfare of the employee, personal commitment aimed at improvements in the overall quality of the company. In thissense the objective is to evaluate the quality of life in the work of Alpha employees, seeking to analyze the psychological, professional, personal and health domains. The methodologies used were qualitative and quantitative research. The survey was conducted with 84 employees of a unit in the health sector in Minas Gerais in October. For the collection of data, a questionnaire containing 52 questions was used to identify the answers, as is the quality of life of the work of these collaborators and to identify the levels presented in each domain. The data presented satisfactory results, where most domains were satisfied, especially to the personnel where the best results were obtained.
