Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must comply with the following requirements:
- The submission is original and unpublished, and is not under consideration for publication by any other journal. If this is not the case, a justification must be provided in the "Comments to the Editor."
- The submission file must be in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
- URLs for references should be provided where applicable.
- The manuscript must adhere to the style and bibliographic standards outlined in the Author Guidelines section of the "About the Journal" page.
- Prior to submission, all authors are required to register in the system, which is quick and free of charge. Authors must provide succinct details of their professional background and current academic or professional affiliation. Requests for the inclusion of additional authors after submission will not be accepted.
- All authors with a Master's or Doctoral degree are required to also register as reviewers for other manuscripts submitted to RG&S. It is at the discretion of the Editors to assign them review tasks or not.
- The manuscript must be formatted with single spacing, a 12-point font, with line numbering; italics rather than underlining, and figures and tables should be embedded within the text, not placed at the end of the document as attachments.
- The manuscript must be written in Portuguese, English, and/or Spanish, with the option for authors to publish versions in more than one language.
- If authors fail to accurately and fully complete their registration details at the time of initial submission, the manuscript will be rejected and archived. All authors are required to provide their ORCID link in the metadata during the submission process.
